Burning

Thermal Dynamics Pac 10 plasma cutter with machine torch; Hypertherm Powermax 1100.

Rolling

3/4″ x 8′ hydraulic plate roll with cone rolling attachment. Cone rolling capacity is 16″ minimum diameter at apex of cone.

Punching &
Angle Shearing

Kling #7 iron worker 100-ton punch 24″ throat; 1 5/16″ hole through 1″ mild steel; 6 x 6 x 1/2″ angle shear.

Automatic Submerged
Arc Welding

1000 amp Lincoln NA-5 solid state sub-arc system mounted on an Aronson manipulator with variable drive cart.

Sawing

All-mechanical, universal, metal cutting Marvel No. 8 vertical band saw 18″ x 20″ 45 degree tilting head.

Burning

Six torch CNC flame cutting with one plasma torch; 10′ x 45′ burning table; Off line cad/cam programming.
